I tried and I lost 20 pounds in four weeks. I want to know if someone else has tried it with results.

Great idea. The thing is we should switch to low GI food before we put weight. Lossing weight is also possible with low GI food but the damage is already been done to the body so ur tendency to recur is high. Simply give away all these sweetened drinks u will loose much weight

I did, i wanted to loose 18 pounds so i tried it. But you have to make your meals all the time so it needs a lot of time and effort to get it done right. i did the zone. i liked it.

Wow, really? Well I would never think eating MORE carbs would make you thinner, but hey-- all the power to you! Good job. I think I might try adding more of the better carbs to my diet. Thanks. :)
