I don't know why ANYONE would feel the need to not wear panties, but as long as the skirt is long and NOT see-through, I think you'll be fine

No, because most people wouldn't see that you're not wearing panties. Suppossing that they did, however, you would probably get a lot of embarrassing stares and would even get someone assertive enough to say something about it.

unless you shout it out in church , "I'm not wearing panties"!! i think its better if you dont tell anyone ,then you wouldnt have anything to worry about. like they're going to make you prove you've got them on or not.
