Well for one your ID is Pink pot head?? maybe that has something to do with it...Maybe he wants something differnt out of a relationship that you can't give him. Maybe a girl with Direction and motivation. I mean you immediately associate the fact that you are "hot" with the reason as to why he should want to date you..but looks aren't everything, guys want more then that. They like intelligence and other things. its good that you won't kiss him but maybe he wants to mess around with you..and not date you...judging by your typing you sound really young...and if he is the same age then maybe he doesnt want a relationship..maybe like most guys he just wants to hook up. anyways it could be a number of things....try talking to him about it.

He might want to see other girls as well, and not be tied down to you. He probably does like you and thinks your gorgeous, but seeing as you sound young and so does he it could be just that - he is young and would rather enjoy life with his mates, kissing other girls, doing what he wants instead of putting somebody else first - which is what you have to do when in a relationship.
If he dosent want to go out with you, do 1 0f 2 things either ask him why not, or move on and enjoy being single. You shouldnt be in a rush to find a boyfriend, focus on other good things in your life, have a good time with your mates, focus on your education and make a good life for yourself. Enjoy being you, and putting yourself first.

Im in a similar situation with someone i like messing me around a bit. Your best bet is to just stop playing the games, and they'll either come round, or you'll move on. Its tough, but at the end of the day your better off being with someone who wants to be with you.

you seem like you're too full of yourself. most guys dont want a long term relationship with someone who is like that. you are not "girlfriend" material. He thinks that by the way you act you are more of a hook-up.
