my mom makes this salad dressing with mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, crushed dry mint and some other stuff that i dont remember. but its really good!! also try allrecipes.com

This goes best with broccoli, artichokes, Eggs Benedict----To a couple of table spoons of mayo add a few shakes of Worcestershire Sauce, stir until blended. Taste. Hint: the color should be light tan. Add more sauce if you please. Last, just before serving, try a little lemon juice to crank up the volume. Pretty good stuff.

Hollandaise sauce? no, thats made of eggs and butter and what not. Hmm. Isnt mayonnaise a sauce in and of itself? or is it considered a condiment. Sorry.

I have always added pesto/ or chipote chili sauce to the mayo.
depending on what I am using it for. . Also makes a good dip.

yes but it is good on cold salads just mix a little mayo with some vinegar and just a bit of sugar and a dash of milk makes some good cole slaw dressing or even potato salad or macaroni salad dressing
