How can I loose a few pounds in 9 days???
But it has to be a vegan way. =D

Detox, detox, detox. Go raw for nine days. Nothing but water, fruits, and veggies. May not taste great but it works. And walk. Not just exercise, WALK. Get on that treadmill or outside and walk as fast as you can comfortably (still being able to talk without distress) and walk as long as you can each day until your legs feel like noodles, even if it takes hours. Too strenuous for a daily routine but you can do it for nine days. You won't just see weight come off you'll see the inches disappear too. Go get it girl! You can do it!

P.S. Don't listen to this guy above me. Running is bad for your joints and you probably can't run as long or as far as you can fast walk. You'll sweat more and for longer if you walk.

I'm not sure what a vegan way is but if u need to loose a few lbs in 9 days it wont be easy! So after you read this u need to put the twinky down and run ur @$$ off lol just run all day, and everytime u feel hungary drink 4 glasses of tap water (NOT ICE WATER) ice water dont work, then at night do lots of sit ups, pushups and that kinda thing , i only eat breakfast and dinner but im tryin to only drink water, but u have to remember that once ur 9 days are up u NEED to start eating right! the 9 day things only for ppl who desperatly need to be thin, I'm starting to eat again once 14 days are up (thats when school starts) I hope this made sence to u if not e-mail or im me k

It's not smart to lose weight really fast because it's unhealthy and harder to keep off the best way to lose weight is cut your daily calorie intake to 1200-1500(don't go below 1200) and exercise for about thirty minutes a day.

Absolutely no sugar,
Low starches like potatoes, white bread or white rice.
More dietary fiber and protein (beans, almonds, soy milk, no-fat cottage cheese)
Drink lots of water
Eat 1,500-1,750 calories, spread out over 5-6 meals.
Exercise a lot.

Try the GLYCEMIC INDEX...I lost 20 pounds in four weeks...You eat the food with 50 or less units at the glycemic index, without starving. Try to put something in your stomach no more than four hours apart. Breakfast-snack-lunck-snack-dinner.
NO SODA-POPS, NO CANDIES, NO BREAD...More fiber in your meals.

Cut out all processed food - eat fresh fruit & vegetables, a small amount of lean meat, and a small amount of organic bread.
