Yes. I also make it.
I use breaded fish in the frozen food section (quick), or you can use fresh and bread it. Bake, put it on flour soft taco bread and then I use my salsa.
Salsa:
2) Plumb Tomatoes
1) Half Sweet Onion
To your liking) Cilantro
1) lime (squeeze for juice)
Finely chop mix together let sit in fridge awhile. Best to make ahead.

Yes...fish tacos are really good...like all other kind of tacos.

Funny you should ask. I just saw them for the first time on the food channel yesterday--made with mahi-mahi, salsa and a dollop of sour cream. It looked both delicious and healthy!

BARF!!!!!!! I am going to be sick. My husband had fish tacos once and he said they were pretty good but the sound of it alone just makes me want to spew!
