Lovebirds are what is called species specific. this means that they are to be kept alone as a species and not mixed with other birds.
They have a habit of waitng until night time and the other birds are asleep. They then do a commando style raid on tthe other birds by creeping along the perch until they bump into the sleeping bird, bite their feet off so that they cannont perch and fall to the ground and bleed to death.
Please do not mix love birds with any other species. Do not mix species of love bird together, as in peach faced with fishers.

Well I'm going against the grain here but our lovebird was in love with one of our cockatiels and they were together all the time. The cockatiel has since died and the lovebird hangs out with my mom now. I'd have to say it depends on the bird :o)

Absolutly not. A lovebird will kill any other bird that they are confined with. If it is a single lovebird, you probably even be able to find a mate for it, as it would kill the mate that you might have picked out.
They must be caged alone.
I hope this answered your question.

Lovebirds can be very aggressive and have very sharp beaks....I would not put them with other birds
