If you mean safe, then yes. Some foods shouldn't be microwaved, but there has never been a study I've heard of that says you shouldn't use the microwave. . . .

It's safe. Microwaves vibrate polar bonds, so a microwave oven, simply put, boils the water in the food, and that's how the food cooks.

Microwaves look secure. in reality you're utilizing microwave radiation to warmth nutrition from the interior out as hostile to waiting for the conventional "warmth" radiation that is produced with the help of an oven, range, or grill to penetrate the nutrition from the exterior in. at the same time as the microwave radiation hits the nutrition (or different microwave-absorptive cloth), the radiation is switched over into warmth, and that chefs the nutrition. Microwaves use non-ionizing radiation (that signifies that this kind of radiation would not right away substitute the atomic or molecular composition of something it hits). X-rays use ionizing radiation, that is why x-ray techs positioned on lead aprons and stand in the back of walls and leaded glass abode windows at the same time as they're taking an x-ray of, say, your leg. that's likewise why you do not favor to have too many x-rays in too short a time period. examine out the link decrease than--it explains the changes ok.
