in 15 minutes my brownies will be baked but what topping shall I use?
trying to use up what i have in the cupboard but cant decide
chocolate icing?
belgium chocolate?
apricot conserve (jam)?
peach chutney?
gratted cheese?
What would you use from your cupboard?

I'd serve it with whipped cream, but going from your choices it'd be the belgium chocolate or the chocolate icing, as the others sound yuck!

what about making a homemade caramel sauce??
1/2 cup butter (no substitutions)
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream
1. In a small saucepan, melt butter.
2. Add the brown sugar; whisk until combined and thickened (about 2 minutes).
3. Whisk in the whipping cream, until thoroughly blended (2 more minutes).

I would go with an egg-less cheese cake type filling and cherry filling to spread on top...or go super simple and do the chocolate icing with some nuts if you have them. Yummy.

I would go straight to the freezer and grab the ice cream (vanilla is best with brownies) out a couple of scoops on them while they are still hot....mmmmmmm....you have made my mouth water !!

Go to the coop!! Melt some crispy white chocolate from the coop - is soooooooooooooooooooo yum!! I always decorate my cakes with it. Really nice warm and when it has hardened. I really want some brownies now!!
