It can mean two things: The wrist band is unbreakable. Or if it's a watch that you have to wind up then that's what it is. If it's on the dial.. why would it say unbreakable wristband on it? I think it's unbreakable wind up thingy..lol i don't know what it's called in english.

Means that the watch wristband/or chain is very strong and durable. Not unbreakable because anything can be broken if enough force is applied.

It means you can't over-wind the mainspring of that particular watch. 'over-winding' the main spring of watches and clocks was a come malady on wind-up time-pieces. I imagine this is an old watch and the maker is advertising that the main-spring can't be over-wound.
