Um go to somewhere where your field is needed. Maybe stay away from a city that a majority speaks spanish already, maybe transfer to utah or Georgia.

NY is very competitive. Jobs don't really come that easy but you do sound very qualified to work at court or maybe somewhere like the U.N. I would check out job sites such as Monster. com and see if their is anything available. Good luck.
