I have had the same problem. Many restaurants (non-fastfood) have take out services available. I like this so I can eat sensibly and happily. Try bringing in your leftovers to work with you and heat it up in the microwave. Snack thoughout the day rather than eating meals that don't keep you satisfied...for instance, crackers, cheese, fruits, I love lunchables--you're probably thinking that its more a kid-lunch thing but I love them because they're variety and theyre healthy and you don't end up over-eating either. I sure hope that I've helped or even provided useful ideas. I wish you the best. Goodluck.

Cook some boneless/skinless chicken thighs the night before..slice up some nice cheese like swiss.. put some nuts in a zip lock, boil some eggs..If you do it the night before, and bag it, in the morning you need only reach for it. Make it a protein lunch, you will be less tired, and feel better than having had a bread or pasta dish.

This is a tough one I face quite a bit myself. I like to take Campbell's Soup At Hands because they are very quick to heat and you can sip them at your desk and they'll warm you up too if you work in a frozen air-conditioned computer-strewn wasteland like me. If you really have no time to even visit a microwave then I like to have peanut butter & jelly sandwiches in my bag. You dont even have to waste time getting them out of the refrigerator because they dont require refrigeration. There are also these Wolfgang Puck self-heating coffee's that you can make at your desk and they get really hot. You dont even have to lose time going to a microwave!
