The others are right it means buy it now or buy it already. comprar means to buy, lo means it and ya is sort of like a command word it can mean now, already, at once etc. Hope this helps.

I guess you can translate it as "buy it now/already" but if you wanted to say that it would generally be said "compralo ya" (without the final r). But ya.. haha.

not certain
im not too good at spanish
i know the lo is a spanish word for 'it' so you would have to look in a previous sentance or at the beginning of the sentance to find what the 'it' is
