my poor baby dog broke his leg and they had to shave off his hair to put a plate in. just as it started to come back he had to go back to get the plate out so they had to shave again. 3 weeks later and it still hasn't grown back fully.

Most animals have two main coats a year. So I would say a maximum of 6 months. Quite probably less.

DEPENDS ON THE BREED OF DOG;IN GENERAL TERMS ABOUT 3 WEEKS IT WILL LOOK OK.BUT NOT BE FULLY GROWN.
