Cranberry Salad - Lighter Version
"This colorful salad works very well as a side dish for a holiday dinner. It is sweet yet tart and is soft yet crunchy. You can make a family sized salad by cutting the ingredients in half. This salad will actually keep it's shape and texture the next day, too. Light frozen whipped topping and a few less marshmallows are the key to this version."

We have a meal in our family that's called SHIP-WRECK.
What it is, is you take all your left-overs (stuff you've already considered healthy) and throw them into one dish. Take a brick of 'aged' or 'swiss' cheese and sprinkle it all over the dish. Reheat in the oven @ 300 F for about 20 minutes / 1/2 hour max.
The cheese will balance the ecclectic flavours combined in a mesh of culinary delight.
Serve and ENJOY.
