After a few times the scanner stopped working, and I can't get it back working. Re-installing the hardware and software does not helps either. Anyone can help?

The answer from Goorkon, a link to the Canon site is not wat I need, because, as I said, re-installing does NOT works!

Try downloading the new drivers and maybe read the doggon support!

Stopped working as in what? Does the scanner seem to scan but nothing appears? Any sounds of movement when attempting to scan?

Does the scanner have a lock button that may have been accidently moved?

Does the scanner light up, show any signs of power being applied?

Have you tried using the scanner with more than one program?
