The guy I am with now seems really small to me even though his thickness seems average with a thick plump head. Still, i measured him correctly and it's only like 4.3 inches long. Are guys really this small or is he abnormally small? Anyone else been frustrated by a short chubby one, and if so, what did you do?

The average male is suppose to be 6 inches. So yes he is small. I think how you deal with it depends on you. I dated a guy a long time ago that was small like that and I had him focus on alot of kissing and oral with me so I could be satisfied.
This was not the reason we broke up but to be honest I don't know if I could have lived with it long term, just not something I can handle doing. You have to do what is right for you. If you love him and want things to work then you both need to find other ways to make sure you are getting what you need in bed.
