i think it depends on how the members in your family looked after there body's i relay wouldn't worry to much do all the right things stop stressing over it because that's not good and maybe see your doctor and ask him if you should have a check up more often

Yes, because you have a greater risk of having a stroke or cancer or heart disease. A family history of these things doesn't necessarily mean you'll get them or you'll die from them, you may just have to take extra precautions to avoid them- just live a healthy lifestyle.

It means that the chances of you dying before your time has increased but prevention is the key my friend..., eat right, exercise and don't smoke would go further for you than most people. Eat foods in the Omega 3-6-9..., and watch you weight...

Good luck!!

If it is in your genes, the possibility is there. Get a physical to make sure you are not having any problems.
You may be able to beat the odds by taking good care of yourself.
The best person to answer your question is your doc.
Good luck!

my family has great genes within that catagory and they tell me that I'll probably live to be about 80-90. maybe your family is like that because they smoked or something. don't worry!!! live your life to it's fullest extent.
