Have you tried ancestry.com ? Start a family tree with all you do know and then someone who is also researching the same name can contact you. It's a long shot and may take time but I have found a few relatives that way. I just searched google and found only 502 hits. Could the name have had another spelling. (Like the Scottish names Stuart and Stewart.) Also, sometimes when immigrants were illiterate, the immigration agents would guess at a spelling. What is the national origin of the name. It sounds Eastern European. If you have that, try an embassy. Someone there might be able to give you some help. Happy hunting.
