when do i buy a ticket & do i have to go to each airline that is flying to my destination? is a ticket sold at regular price?

1/ Where are you going??
2/ Pick the airline that gonna fly to the destination. Pick up the phone and ask them.
3/ For INTERNATIONAL .. buy at the airline counter will be A LOT MORE than at the travel agency.
4/ You can't just go by standing by each airline and wait.
5/ If they have seat, they'll let you on board. If they don't then you're out of luck.

that is waaay too a options of a step for me. no matter if it replaced into cleared for safe practices, i'd not sense secure. i could truly pay my $three hundred round holiday value than wreck my back if we hit turbulence.
