If what you are asking - and its not exactly clear - is what you could do to ruin your eyesight, then there are hundreds of things you could do. Watch a solar eclipse. Do an eye wash with bleach. Stick a pencil in the iris.
A better question is - why would you want to?

Watching TV, sitting in front of a computer all day, staring directly at the sun.
Why would you want to do that though?
Count your blessings that you have 20/20 vision (if you do). Not everyone is so lucky.

if you want to ruin your eyes, here are a few suggestions for you:
- if you sneeze with them open your eyeballs will pop out
- if you stick pins in them they will bleed
- if you need glasses and don't wear them your eyesight will worsen
- if you sit in a smoky room they will become bloodshot
- if you stare at the sun you can go blind
