You say "Do you wanna go to the dance with me?". How is a little trickier. If you know he likes you as well then it shouldn't be a probably, but if you're not sure whether he does, you probably should flirt with him for a bit before you ask (hopefully you've been flirting with him, if not then start and ask him to the next dance). If you want become more than friends with this guy then you need to have the "should we change our relationship" talk with him. Good Luck.
