Block her msn messenger and block her number and you can always report her

Report her, if this is scaring you, maybe you should contact someone. And you might want to get a new email address.

Change your info so she can't contact you.
If you can't do that,
If she persists, report her to the authorities. Keep a copy of the messages she sends you and the one where you tell her to leave you alone, for proof.
