I have an "inconvenient truth" for you: DEMOCRATS supported starting the war too! Check the record. As usual though, when things get tough, rather than having the commitment to see a task through they find it far easier to point the finger of blame at the other party. Wake up! Republicans nor Democrats put us where we are. The system put us here and that includes both parties. How convenient that it is so easy to keep so many people fighting with each other over party affiliation and placing blame on the oppisite party for everything. It keeps the masses from truly getting together and organizing for REAL change.

The majority of American soldiers are Republicans nonetheless. The Democrats are smart enough not to go to some silly war over nonexistant weapons of mass destruction and instead, sit at a desk and work at it with the mind rather than brute force.
Perhaps they should be required to fight in the wars they start.

Well the definition of a BS war changes from year to year. Setting a precedent for requiring service of anyone means a return to the draft. So the next time liberals think we need to save the muslims in Serbia - then only liberals get drafted? Or the next time we decide to save the starved and downtrodden in Somalia only liberals get drafted.

No! They should start cleaning the mess made by BUSH. The war In Iraq and Afghanistan have created a big wave of hate against the USA. America should do better as a leader of the civilised world instead of behaving like a cowboy.

I was gonna answer question but its so funny. Just remember non of us who are in the Military were drafted, were here on our own accord. And just remember while we're here keeping the wolves at bay. there are no new attacks at home because we've brought the fight to them. And trust me you don't want another draft the last one almost ruined the country it gave us hippies Lord know what another draft would give our great country
