I know a really good exercise fo that. Sit up tall with your legs a little more than hip distance apart. put your arms straigh out in front of you. Hold your stomach and contract down bringing your hands to your feet and head to the ground. But contract down as if you were contracting down over a ball.
2. sit up tall ankles together and feet flexed. have arms out in front of you and take your right arm to your right and to the back. Follow your arms with your eyes. Then return to center and repeat on other side do about 5 sets.

Lay flat on your back, pull 1 leg up to your chest, and hold it there to the count of 5, lower it, and bring the other leg up to your chest and count to 5. Do this 5 times each, then bring both legs up to your chest, and hold to the count of 5, do this 3 times.
It will help straighten your spine. My Chiropractor, showed me this, and it's worked every time.

Yoga will be a good way to strectch your spine or your back, there are various poses you can do to stretch them, one of the good yoga site is www.yogabasics.com, but please do warm up first if you were to do yoga poses.
