Brunnettes don't turn green when they swim, only blondes do, and if you're really worried, after swimming go to your local hair dresser and ask for a malibu treatment. What it does is it takes all of the cloghrine out of your hair and makes it all shiney and pretty. I'm a blonde and I go swimming all the time, so I get them every summer.

I've colored my hair tons of times and it never happened. What is your original color may have some effect, mainly natural blondes painting there hair, have discoloring problems. In that case where a cap.

It's possible. Just wet your hair down with tap water before you go into the pool. You should do that anyway to reduce the amount of chlorine that's absorbed.

Isnt that only for blondes???? Brunettes I think are suppose to say the same. But just wear a swim cap and wash it for precautions.
