If you bought a computer that had counterfeit software already installed contact Microsoft. They have a link on their web site that collects tips on that and goes after the counterfeiters. They might even be able to force them to reimburse you for the cost of getting replacement software.
When you have the legit software package install it and it will usually uninstall the equivalent bogus software (just like it would uninstall an older obsolete version of software). It it doesn't bother to uninstall it but just overwrites it that is OK also. It still will be gone.

any program can be uninstalled by rebooting and doing it in safe mode.

start>ctrl panel>add remove programs ..and u can remove which ever u like from there
