Some people just naturally bruise easily. It doesn't take hardly anything for my Mom to bruise, but me, it takes a pretty hard knock into something. If you aren't bumping into things and still getting bruised I would go see a doctor. It could be anything really. The doctor will want to do a blood test.

It could be that you bruise easily by just common run-ins with daily objects. If it's a problem, or you're SURE you haven't, say, run into a table recently and have a bruise there, bring it up with your doctor next time you're in office.

Start by taking a multi vitamin, if you already do that start suplementing it with an iron suplement. (Anemia is the most common problem with bruising). Make sure that you are eating foods that have a high iron content. IIf you don't see improvement go to your doctor and have them run some tests.
