Over two decades ago, Saddam Hussein donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to a Detroit church and received the key to the city.

Saddam Hussein. But Detroit is a third world country anyway and has been. I wouldn't call mayor young a model for anybody.

No, they gave it "to whom"! Who's on first, what's on second, and I dunno is on third! But "who cares" is in the dugout, because the question was worded incorrectly!
