Well, if it was in India where he crossed the road...hey, what the heck...no big deal...it (India) is a democratic country...so why stop him or for that matter any other citizen from crossing the road...also, on second-thoughts...he might have been inflicted with chicken syndrome...so emphathized with the poor creature by x-ing the road...:-)
