Maybe you're looking for a father figure the wrong way, it's hard to say. What do a 60-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman have in common, really, besides great sex?
Why do you like this guy? What connection is there? Is he a family friend, a college professor, a rich retiree? In short, how would a 20-year-old woman get to meet such an old man? Under what circumstances?
No, you shouldn't date him. Seeing you two together like lovebirds will look like seeing a grandpa and his granddaughter dating...which is so wrong at so many levels.
Make more male friends your age, kid.

Why did you have sex with a man you aren't dating? I see your dilemma clearly. You feel like you put the cart before the horse and it would be so much easier on your self-esteem if you were dating. That's not the way it works. I know a sixty year old who loves very young women. This is all about him, not them. It is about feeling young and passionate. He keeps going back for younger and younger women as he keeps aging. You can't stop your lover's progress through his life. If you want to date him, you are old enough to choose that. You don't need anyone's permission. There, I said it, what you didn't want to hear. All of it. Please think about the future. Forty will come quickly, little one, and when it does your lover will be 80. Are you prepared to spend years with a man who has prostate problems, aging issues and needs caretaking? Of course you are, but how about having a real life first? Then take care of the man you grew old with. Good luck to you.

You are a grown woman and he is grown too, obviously, but if you like him, then date him. I personally would not date a 60 yr. old man, (I am almost 19), but to each his own. Just be prepared for the stares and the snide comments from possibly family, friends, and/or total strangers. It's sad, but this is how people will react. Don't worry, the worst that people can think is that he is your sugar daddy and that you may be using him, which may not be the case at all. Good luck!

Okay now sweet dear this man is like old enough to be your dad.
Any man that old that would have sex with a 20 year old is in my opinion a kade no good.
Take me for example I am a sweetherat of a guy love women but I would never have sex with some one that I am old enough to be their dad.
Sweetheart there are plenty of desent guys that are in you age group. Stay in the range of 20 to 25 this is much better.
Do be fooled by great sex you are just infacuated that is all .

Yes, sweetie....it is fine for a 20 year old to be with a 60 year old if she needs a babysitter. Hate to tell you this but he is using you for sex....DUH!!! There is no future here.......you are a laughing stock, a notch in his belt and making a fool of yourself. He is old enough to be your grandpa!!!

I would hope not...And i say that a 60 year old is waaaaaaaaay to old for you...i know older men go for younger women...but it is like a 4 year age difference NOT a 40 year age difference...because that my dear is way to old.
