how do you find out colleges that are offering air force ROTC programs? i want to got in.?

The Air Force will be happy to tell you. They have even been so nice as to provide it on the Air Force ROTC web site, which I have included a link to below. The link is specifically for the school locator, but you might want to check their whole website by going to the home page too.

Air Force recruiting centers should have this info. If not, check out the USAF website under education division.
