if you're only offering local pick-up for the pram, theres not much point listing on ebay, which is a global site. seems like overkill. why not list it locally in the free paper or similar ?

depending on where you live sometimes the local paper takes ads, the friday ad, or second hand baby shops (although they generally only give you half- max- of what they think they can sell it for so you might not get much for it that why)

Try the supermarket notice boards and smaller shops window ads... and there is always the local free ads in your newspaper, or Friday ads... also free... that's in the UK of course!
