No one can be turned down for a federal Studentloan. Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov , and fill out a FAFSA form (this has to be done every year). YOu will need your info from your taxreturn.
Once filled it out , send it to the school your dauhgter wish's to attend, then you need to go to the schools financial aid office, and they will tell you what you need to do next. Every school is different from that. You as a parent can get a Parent Plus loan and your daughter can get a Staffordloan. The Parent plus loan has to be repaid in monthly installment, starting at 6 months after issue date. The Stafford loan needs to be repaid, once your daughter is out of school (6 weeks after , i think). YOu have 10 years to pay back. If you can't make payments , you can get deferemants or other options. Read the info on the goverement sight i gave above. Also, if you do this early in the year, your daughter might be eligible for free money or grants.

I don't know what to tell you on this one. But you should be checking on Gov loans.

Some people join the Army which will pay for what ever she wants to study but the war thing is the bad part on that.

She could just get a job at a place like where I work which will pay for all the schooling you can handle and still work the 8 hours shifts.
