Because she is so little I wont recommend you try any of the usual remedies applied for adults. I suggest you take her to her paediatrician.

The 2 common causes are:
1) The early onset of puberty
or
2) Metabolic disorders such a phenylketonuria (PKU)-an inability of the body to utilize the essential amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks for body proteins.

Both issues should be addressed immediately by her paediatrician. When you take her to the paediatrician don't give her a bath so that her body odor there for the doctor to smell. You can walk with baby wipes to clean her up after the visit.

If her paediatrician cannot help then ask for a referral to a pediatric endocrinologist.

This is a medical problem and you should consult a doctor. Stop looking for medical advice on the Internet. Have the child checked for cystic fibrosis.
