A lot of people, despite having a definite opinion or point of view on some topic, when disagreed with, want to win the dispute. In fact, the whole issue becomes domination and the issue has little or nothing to do with the situation. They become nasty because attacking you as a person is the only way they know to argue. Often, if you don't rise to the bait, they run down because it's no fun to rant and rave if no body will join in.

Words do not kill, they do not draw blood and words also reflect what one believes to be the truth. The truth often seems nasty to some because some do not want to be confronted with truth. Some prefer fiction.

I guess that this is off the point, but why do so many people seem to think that if a word ends with an S, the S needs to be preceded by an apostrophe? The word is does, not doe's.
