I am not sure If i would recognize him. If he wears a name tag, and I saw this person with said name with said tag, then I could say that I witnessed him .
or..If we were at sleep-away-camp, and Jehovah's mom wrote his name on the band of his underwear, and that underwear was left out , I could say "I know he is near by, and maybe soon, I would witness him".

John 1:18 states "No man has seen God.."
You don't have to see Jehovah to witness Him.Look at creation around you,that is a witness in it self

No man has seen the face of God, except when Jesus walked on the earth. Jesus is God in the flesh. But when you use the name of God (which you should do only with complete respect and reverence for He is Holy, Holy, Holy), no. No man has ever seen His face.
Read the Gospel of John. It will guide you to everlasting life. Give your heart to Jesus and let Him be the pilot of your airplane.

Yes. I was leaving for work and there were these illegals hanging around my gate because sometimes I give them work in my garden or as waiters at my catered parties, and God came up and smote one of them.
I was running late but when the police showed up they had me making all sorts of statements and filling out all sorts of reports. Three months later I was forced to testify at the trial and I missed a really important meeting.
That God's a prankster. He needs to play sh!t his own way.
