Where did you meet your significant other??? When you first meet them did you like them right away or did they have to "wear on you a bit"?
**I met my hubby at Wal-Mart when we both worked there, I liked him in the beginning but had just come home from two years in college and he's a very active wacky guy and I wasn't ready for that, but when the other guy I dated (happened to be my first bf, my hubby is only the second guy I went out with--no I'm not weird just had strict parents too long of a story to go into) he was there for me and flat-out told to get over this other guy cause he wanted to date me and he knew I was the one for him.. we've been together ever since. What's your story of how you met and what you first felt.**

well we met on here a few years ago. and dated for about a year. then we broke off our engagement.Because we didn't think it was working.But On May first of this year we started dating again. and were planing a wedding for the summer of 2007.If everything comes together.I've got some of it already planed like music and food.But i don't have the other stuff yet.I know you're suppose to pick a date first.But he wanted to know what we were going to me eating so that he could get some help with that.So there's my story on how we met.

My son was running sound for a well-known band. Came home one night & told me they'd had this 'fill-in drummer' that was awesome; that I just HAD to come hear.
It was several weeks before I finally did go. It wasn't long before they band took their break. When J stood up from behind the drums, he took my breath away.
Due to a personal tragedy, I disappeared from life for awhile. About 11 months after our first meeting, J asked me to meet him & a mutual friend after the gig. We've been together ever since.

I met my Husband in a public place, they day I swore off boy friends!!!!! I was mad at the world. It was like it was meant to be.
He walked up to me and my friend and asked if I was married. I thought he was talking to my friend. So was she was like, "Are you talking to me?" and he said, "No her" (meaning me). He gave me his number. I thought he was odd and I waited a while to call. But when I did, he remembered me. I was really unsure about him but he wore me down. We've been married 5 yrs.
There are a lot of other things that have happened in our life together that have seemed meant to be as well.

if a woman is raped-which is a equally horrid thing--and becomes pregnant then I feel she should still carry the baby then give it up for adoption...
thats one of the most heartless ignorant statements by anyone ive ever seen!

i met my hisband in a chat room. married him two months after i we met its been over nine months now things are going great
