When the guy tried to hold a girl's hand for at least 10 times and she took away her hands. They are in a relationship for 3 weeks and the girl always says she likes the guy a lot. She has all kind of body contact (like touching her face, her hand, upper body) with him. Though, she just doesn't let him to hold her hand or kiss her or even hug her...what's wrong with her?

i think she's just uncomfortable with the physical contact-- so i'd advise the guy not to try to do any touchy stuff too much or it will creep her out or something and eventually, when she becomes more comfortable with the situation, she'll be more comfortable with physical contact as well

Could mean she's not into the guy, usually when a girl is into a guy she'll hold his hand...
OR, she doesn't want a relationship, and just wants to be friends, or maybe friends with benefits (always nice!) I am currently in this situation, and we don't hold hands or cuddle, which doesn't bother me... I'm getting my needs taken care of :)

I'm thinking, shes really shy. I suggest you ask her. If you let the question fester up inside you, when it finally comes out, it wont be pretty. So I say, talk to her, you can both deal with the problem together.

It means she is willing to be friends and full around, but that's it.I think she won ts to be just Friends not girl friend, that is not a bad thing

Prob. doesn't like her hands...She may think they are big, rough, ugly, you know....disaster! I wouldn't worry about it at all if all other physical and emotional "transactions"(lack of right word) are fine and pleasant.
