600 cals for breakfast
500 cals for lunch
400 cals for dinner
1500 cals in all
swim as much as possible......
go on a run every weekday if possible....
do as many crunches as I possibly can.....(I do this thing called crunch and punch where you crunch to each side alternating and punching to each side....it works better than crunches)
I also do some strength moves when I can....
Is this a good plan???? I think it's perfect!!!(for me at least)

This isn't really a question. You just want praise.
So yeah, sure, it sounds great, good luck with that.
BTW, crunches don't make you lose weight.

Sounds like a good plan but you want to make sure that you don't try to limit your calories severly... A good plan to try is to eat six meals a day, 2-3 hours apart, but in smaller portions. You wanna do this because your body goes into what is called "starvation" mode when either of three things occur:
1. You go too long in between meals.
2. You overeat.
3. You sverely limit calories.

When you do any of the three, your body sees these as signs that it may be your last meal for a while and as a result it ends up storing calories as fat for precaution. So you might wanna look into that...
Another thing that you might want to take a look at when it comes to burning calories is your BMI. This calculates how many calories you burn a day doing absolutely nothing at all. For instence, if I were to stay in bed all day, I'd burn about 2000 calories. Not even including exercise, or any other activities that would cause me to burn calories. So maybe what I've said has helped a little bit...

the carbs sounds good, but u have to watch fats too, and u should take a protein shake in te morning, b/c u need energy for muscle growth, also if you do little things through mot the day it kick starts metabolism into high gear all day...all a muscle needs to start burning fat and building is a little work out, like flexing, so when ever you are standing in line at a store or sitting at home or pretty much anything go onto tipsy toes and back down a few times, and flex Ur arms a little bit...get the muscles working, and it will get Ur metabolism going

nope, I take 2 burn caps daily, eat 1000 carlories a day, exercise only when I walk normal, and have lost 26 lbs, in 2 weeks.
That's perfect.
