600 cals for breakfast
500 cals for lunch
400 cals for dinner
1500 cals in all
swim as much as possible......
go on a run every weekday if possible....
do as many crunches as I possibly can.....(I do this thing called crunch and punch where you crunch to each side alternating and punching to each side....it works better than crunches)
I also do some strength moves when I can....
Is this a good plan???? I think it's perfect!!!(for me at least)
