iam the only one tired of people bashing other people's religions?

people are always posting stuff on here like all muslims are violent and that christians are crazy and that jews whine too much.

what happened to the civilized talks about different religions?

I really don't think people want to be nice and polite anymore...They would rather be hateful and rude.. You know they do not want to take the time to learn anything about other Religions... That takes too much effort.. I find i get very angry at some of the stupid comments and questions here. Its like they take some little piece of information and twist it into lies.. there is so much immaturity from people here..
I want to add that i have NEVER disrespected anothers religion here...but they are ALWAYS showing disrespect of Islam...every day they do and try to say it is the Muslims doing it..so wrong..

Actually, the Islam faith calls for the killing of all infidels....those who do not practice the islam faith.

I am a Christian and I decided to check out the Quran. Yikes, while there are some peaceful passages inside it, there is command after command to kill all Jews, Christians, and anyone who does not follow the islam way. I kid you not!

So when I say the muslims are violent, I am merely speaking the truth. But maybe some muslims are not really good muslims. If that is the case, then forgive me, but if a muslim is a practicing muslim, then I speak the truth..muslims are violent.

Well,
1) Muslims want to conquer the world and convert it to islam, so muslims are violent.
2) Christians think that you should love yoru enemy, which IS crazy.
3) Every jew I have met, or even seen or herd HAS had a nasal tone to their voice, which can also be called "Whiny tone". IN the same sence as up untill a few years ago you could tell blacks from whites just from the voice.

So how is any of that bashing?

Forcing people to be religious is the worst form of bashing!

An religions (and non-religions) do it openly in court!

Arm twisting seems to be something everyone -- even some Christians -- seem to enjoy!

i do not recognize of any atheists that bash faith. maximum communicate about some inconsistencies with maximum religions, many percentage thoughts about what their lives were at the same time as they were believers, and some are expressing their first change rights with the help of guffawing slightly with the help of showing a number of the silliness of religion. Bashing is being hate-crammed, violent leaning, and being antagonistic. i do not ever see that with atheists. I do see it lots with theists, besides the undeniable fact that.

i think you should rephrase your question to "Am I" the only. This would be prpoper English. And for your information there has nevr been civilized talks. Since religion as been the cause of evey major war in history, is it worth it?

I am deffinatly tired of it. If you don't see the in the topic line that it is not about your religion, you shouldn't go and post discriminatory things in that topic. and Nobody should post topics bashing other religions. If it's not your religion why worry about it? I'm getting tired of all the topics that my prophet Muhammed was a pedophile, terrorist, etc.

You can't control what people will do. Unless you make it a law. Even if a law is passed, it may not be easy to regulate.

Fact is to ignore them. Filter out the junk and retain those that are really helpful.

One the one hand I feel that everyone should be able to say whatever they want, no matter how stupid or mean. At the same time I wish people were more tolerant and open minded.
