Schools ban Chrstiainity, but no other religion.

People blame Chrstianity, and insaults it, but when you talk about other religions ''everyone has the right to worship as they want''.

I don't see why people are aginst Christianity, but, of course, this was foretold in The Bible meleniums ago, that as the world comes to the end, The LORD's followers will be persicuted, and Rediculed.

My question is for the Non-Believers.

Why are you so hateful of Christianity, but accepting of other religions?Perhaps you refuse to accept Christianity because you don't want to have to change your life, to suit a more powerful, more importent being?

Okay, fine.Forget the stoning...........

I much more like the idea of burning anyway.

On a more serious note.

Forgive me if it seems i was steriotyping, my question was more directed at the people who do actually hate Religion, and not to those that are decent people, even without it.

And actually The LORD did aprove of stoning, but only of those that did things like murder, homosexuality, and things like this.

But the if they were to be punished it was by a council of judges selected by The LORD Himself, and was only a system used in The Old Testiment.

Lol....I'm bitter, eh?If that's what you want to see it as, alright.

I never said anything about Heaven or Hell.

Actually my religion believes Hell is eternal death, and Only 144,000 people will go to Heaven, to serve, next to The LORD as judges, over the rest of The LORD's People, when the earth is turned into a paradise, like the Garden of Eden.

Malcy, Thank you for your answear.
And yes, i agree it is rude to butt into other peoples buisness to start preaching.

But i believe everyone should have a chance to come to The LORD, or turn it down.

And that when preaching, you should preach to those that are free to listen, and are not at the moment, conversationalizing in other topics.

First off:I'm not complaining about not being able to force my beliefs on other students.I am Home schooled.

Second:I did not say only 144,000 could serve The LORD, the 144,000 will watch over the OTHER FOLLOWS THAT WILL LIVE ON EARTH, AFTER THE LORD HAS MADE IT INTO A PARADISE LIKE THE GARDEN OF EDEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not post if you're not going to read what i have to say through.

You're only hearing what you want so you can make your ignorant comments....

I'd like to know how you think Christianity is 'banned' from schools and how other religions are not banned.

I know many schools in my area where they celebrate Christmas and Easter. These same schools do not have Yom Kippur party's. They have Santa Claus and Easter Bunny's but no mention of say, Eid. There are no Hanukkah (sp) party's either. They even celebrate St Patrick's Day and St. Valentine's day.
I'm not familiar with any other religion's holidays - I guess that's because I went to public school where the only accepted way to believe was in Christianity.
In fact my Catholic religion classes were held after school in my public school classroom, and I don't recall my Jewish friend Stephanie getting any such instruction in her religion at our school.
I do know that the schools in this area still force students to say the "Pledge of Allegiance" every morning. Students who do not are considered to be 'disobedient'.
The only religions being 'banned' in that instance are the ones who do not believe in God.

Yes, your question certainly does make one think.

So you want non-believers stoned? You sound like a very nice person. Not. Well I'm glad I don't believe in any god or so called "important being" because it has made you bitter and I wouldn't want to end up like you. I would never wish harm on any person or creature so does that make me a bad person? I care for the elderly, give to charities, love all animals and wouldn't even kill a fly. I think it's disgusting when people say that non-believers will go to hell while the rest go to heaven! How can that be justified? (Not that there is a heaven or hell of course). I am NOT against ANYreligion except for when that religion incites hate against others for not believing. I know christians and they are nothing like you. You are stereotyping by a few stories you've heard. Get a grip on reality - I pity you. P.S. I see you like WWE - are you going to stone them to death as they wrestle in the ring!! You are young, very naive and not to mention brainwashed.

I believe that Christians are More against any other faith or believe, notwithanding Muslims. They tend to be intolerant, unforgiving, self righteous and constantly quoting the bible without understanding it.

They quote, but do not live what they preach.

The world is full of self opinionated minds, that have only one thing in mind. Mainly themselves. their believes, their confused understanding of the reality of life. Only think of self and hardly ever of others.Everyone wants to be loved, sadly they give so little. They guard their love, s if it was their sole right to own it. Perhaps lets look at the humanity first, christian, Muslim, Jew, atheist, Hindu's. Buddhist, I mean true Buddhists, not people who sit on a cushion and go Humm, or talk about Mantra reciting, are closer to the answer of humanity and the meaning of life.

Look at a certain President who waves the Bible and quotes the Lord then sends a rain of bombs on the innocent. Don't wuote 9/11 to me, as the true reason for 9/11 has never been published.

Look at a certain state in the middle East. Standing at walls and waling, then send a barrage of rockets to kill woman and children.

I do not believe in deities from any religion. I respect the fact that each individual has the free choice to practice the religion they choose. I have no problems with people who follow a particular belief but I don't agree with the theology. However, I don't let that come into the way when dealing with people as I have friends and family from a variety of belief systems.

I was raised a christian and I honestly never believed. I was tossed out of Sunday School more than once for asking questions the teacher could not answer and because I absolutely would not accept "because that is the way god wants it" to be an adequate answer. I have read the bible more than once cover to cover among other religious texts, talked with a with people of different faiths and even college professor who teach religion (in both secular and religious institutions) and have come to the conclusion myself that deities don't exist from the same evidence you use to believe in them. I respect your choice to do as you will where that is concerned, I like to receive the same respect back in return but I don't expect it because it is rarely forthcoming.

I am against ALL organized religions, mainly because the followers of it teach fear, ignorance, bigotry and hatred amongst themselves. They herd their children like cattle into the slaughter on their teachings. Many religious people I meet are so brainwashed that they truly do not think they are, and anyone who lives differently will go to "hell." Christians are known to do ALL of these things and it is unhealthy for them to criticize, hate and judge others the way that they do. They constantly FORCE their own beliefs on the world, no matter if anyone else shares in their faith or not. This occors because christianity teaches people that god's word is the only word and the way, and so christians MUST have faith in that, and they IMPOSE their beliefs on EVERYONE else. HERE'S THE THING: Nobody cares what faith you are - Believe what you will, and live your own life. But also grant others the same. Step back and let the world marry whom they love, have abortions if need be, watch porn if they want... EVEN IF YOU DON'T APPROVE. Maybe if christians would STOP trying to be the religious police, playing god by making people do as you do, people might look better at christians. Religion DOES NOT belong in school, marriage or government. We follow thaw when it's produced by a president who we KNOW is there. BUT those laws should NEVER be created from anything religious, when NOBODY can prove that there is a god!! You cannot and should not pattern an entire way of living for everyone just because many years ago, a bunch of men wrote the bible and TOLD people that god exists. Until we have actual PROOF, our laws and "morals" should have no religious influences whatsoever. Would YOU live as the president says if NOBODY ever sees him, met him or had a reciprocated conversation with him? GET REAL. LIVE AND LET LIVE.

Only Christianity is banned in school? All religions, according to the law, have the same limits in schools. The only difference is that there are lots of Christians, so they have more influence. The Jews, for instance, don't have enough influence to add their customs to the curriculum, but Christians do.

The reason Christians are the only ones targeted: they're not. Since 9/11, there's been lots of hatred towards Muslims. I'm Jewish and every day I find someone on this site saying that I'm evil. You are complaining that you can't enforce your beliefs onto students and you think you're the victim?

I`m against ALL organized religions .
The Christians are the ones pushing their beliefs on everyone .
You never see a Jew or muslim knocking on doors to convert you ,
I`ve lived in my new home less than 2 years and was visited by members of 4 local Churches and 1 Jehovah's witness .
No Jews ,no muslims ,no Hindus ,no Buddhists or taoists.
Religion teaches one to judge and give one a sense of superiority .
That`s all BULL
By the way ,schools don`t ban christianity just prayers.
Separation of church and state .
The schools are funded by state and federal money .
That money comes from ALL religions and from ATHEISTS TOO.

Other religions co-exist more peacefully. At my college, Jewish groups and Muslim groups go about there buisnes, but the Christian groups are out trying to convert people.

The police recently removed a man for preaching that the Jews are responsible for everything and got what they deserved.

Anouther part of it is that Christians evanglize more than other religions and people find this threatening. You have to be good to withstand some of those missionaries.

lastly, as Christians we are the majority, and the majority has the ability to impose it's will on the people, but in a democracy, the minority has rights to.

No stonning in my democacy, go to Iran for that.

Until we look beyond religion and focus on the fundamental reasons for life, we will continue to miss the point. There is one common thing across all faiths even those who do not believe in anything, do have a feeling of a supreme being.

There is only one true GOD and he has made a plan for the salvation of everyone who believes. You need to figure out what that plan of salvation is and take it.

One truth is that people who hate christianity think that by expressing their hatred, they could wish the reality away. But the fact is that you cannot wish it away, it is like being in serious pain and taking a sedative, you always wake up to the reality.

My challenge to everyone and anyone who hate and despise christianity is to tell me any one thing that is happening in our world today or that has happened in the world that was not predicted in the BIBLE. So of the bible is right about the past, and present, it will be right about our future.

By hating christianity, you cannot destroy it. By despising Christ, you cannot not stop him from loving you. By despising Christians, you cannot stop them from preaching and praying for you - and that is the basic truth.
