Depending on the type of drug, for instance. If your smoking weed, your partner could get a contact high if in the same room with you but it will usually only show on a drug test if given that same exact day. Other drugs such as cocaine, absolutely not.

Yes, definitely. If you are in a cloud of weed smoke you will definitely have a dirty urine. If you let someone kiss you just after they have smoked, before they drink something to get the weed taste out, again you will have a dirty urine. I have been there, done that. Basically that happens with only with drugs that are smoked.[ex. weed, crack, or any other smokeable drugs] As far as the heavier drugs are concerned, the only way is to get a dirty urine is to actually do the drug of choice. Sometimes the lab's do make mistakes, but they would never admit to that.

If the drug is marijuana then one can test positive from inhalation of second hand smoke. Other drugs should not affect the non-users body.

Absolutely not....for the agents that are present in a drug test to show up, they have to be in your system, i.e. circulatory system. They end up in your circulatory system after they are ingested somehow such as smoking, ingesting, inhaling via nasal membranes, gum lining, or directly via a needle. Merely inhaling "2nd hand" will not be enough to show a presence in your system.

No. But it's more likely that you'll get stopped for a traffic stop check that could lead to an arrest. Both of you.

Cocaine is for lies.
Heroin is for dope.
Both can lead to other benefits, like arrests, Hep-Charlie and other urithritis conditions, plus incurables.

In your case I'd just worry about getting that job.

no tobacco smoke is not checked for in a drug screen and I doubt marijuana smoke would be found unless you inhaled it.
