Hi. I just wanted to write here because I love Jesus and about 15 minutes ago, I spent about an hour alone with God. Just praising him. and praying and just being alone with him. I just feel so good. Its like I have to tell somebody. I just can't wait to get to Heaven. I'll probably be speechless they Day I see God. I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like. I just wanna be with God and just get to know God more personal. I'm 16. It seems so hard sometimes just to understand life. So my things we have to face in life. I just let it all go. I just cried out to God, and it feels so good. I asked for forgivness, I used to be just a so called Christian. But now I feel like I needa step up and stop playing aruond with my God. I just feel good. I don't want this feeling to go away.
Have any of you ever felt this way before? U just cant wait. u feel like things are just gonna get better

It is awesome to see a 16 year old so devoted to the Lord. That is great. Yes, there are times I feel that things will get better and times when things are bad I have to remind myself that God will not give me more than I can handle.

Yes, I have felt that way and often. I became a Christian when I was 18 years old, and I am now 45.
I do look forward to seeing Him, but I know there is much work to be done in the meanwhile. The key is to stay in Him, even when the road gets tough!
Remember, tough times are not enemies of your faith, but opportunities to grow deeper in your relationship with God.
Seek him daily. You are blessed to have come to know Him at 16.
1 Timothy 4:12:
Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

Oh yeah...I spend hours on Yahoo Answers in the religion and spirituality forum just spreading my thoughts, and learning from others.
If I could, I would go to Church every day. 3 times a week isn't enough, so I make up for the lack of it here. Doesn't quite meet what I need, but it's better than nothing.
Plus, I get to meet people like you and, that is great!!
I know God has plans for me in the near future. I feel him calling me, he just hasn't finished testing me. Once he's done, I'm sure he will give me my assignment.
He's already called my fiance' to become a pastor, so I imagine my calling will be something supportive of him. We shall see!!

Yep, I know just what you mean and I am that way too. Just can't hardly wait for that glorious day to come. Keep close to Him and read your bible daily. Dont let anything in this world get you down and away from God. See you in Heaven!!

Yes I do felt like this before but it's not about the coming of the Lord but a small revelation of His goodness, how good He is and how much He has given me and how big His grace is.
When we see a bit of the loviness of Christ, it's hard not to fall in love with Him.

Sounds to me that God has a plan for you as he does with everyone. Maybe you should talk to your priest or preacher or whoever your spiritual leader is and talk to them about joining the church as more than just a follower of Gods word and becoming involved with spreading his/her word. Peace

god is great he has touched my life and lives around me he has brought me to tears and made me beg 4 help in the same feat i wish he would come and wash my sins away cuz god knows i have 2 many nobody loves u like god loves u well ur catloves u but its not the same lol

Your high-esteemed, self-righteous image is hypocritical to your own faith. If you want to be truly religious, go in your closet and pray. Stop praising God on the "streets" of YA for the praise of men.

I wonder after we reach heaven what are we supposed to do. Do we live a good life like we did down here??? or is it just sitting around doing nothing?
