It sounds hormonal.
The #1 hormone - because it can affect the production of all the other hormones - is insulin. Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.
Your symptoms (all of them) could be related to low blood sugar. They sound quite like mine, the weight problem, the headaches and tireds. You may want to check out www.hufa.org, and click on the symptoms link to check yourself out. The symptoms are likely to start going away in 2 weeks once you change your diet (it really needs help). Start with changing your cereal to 5 minute (old fashioned) oatmeal and have a 3 ounce slab of lean meat or soy protein with that. Your sandwich should have salmon or tuna or lean meat (again, at least 3 ounces). It looks like you are over-carb-ing and under protein-ing at meals. That's how I gained my weight (almost 52 and down from 242 to 217).
E-mail me if you want to.

You don't 'sound' like you have a mental disorder. You are overweight and a good diet plan might help how you feel better, but the tiredness and headaches indicate that you might have a physical disease of some sort. Keep walking and lifting weights. Cut down on the carbs (pasta), fat, and refined sugar. Add more raw fruits and vegetables to your meals. Try counting your calories and for a 5'7" lady, I would keep it under 1500/day. Keep drinking water, too. A healthy body can whip just about any disease. Read more health info here: http://www.chetday.com

It sounds like your body is not taking the food change very well. You need to let your parents know what is going on. Let them know that you are having headaches and you are tired all the time (fatigue). This may be something serious or it may be something simple. The best thing for you to do is to see a doctor. The doctor may be able to get you on a diet plan that works for you. It sounds to me that your body is lacking a vital ingredient. For the meantime you should start taking a multivitamin like Centrum (not the kiddie vitamins) once every morning. Once that starts to kick in you might begin to regain energy and the headaches my subside. It may take a few days for you to notice this change though but make it a habit to take a vitamin every morning. (you also may be anemic and the vitamins will also help with this too)

You do not have a mental disorder. It sounds to me like the symptoms you are having (headache, sleepiness, fatigue) are the result of not eating enough and not eating well.
You are not eating any protein. Just carbohydrates. I know it's tough to lose weight, but you have to take a different approach. It's great that you're exercising. What you're doing with the walking and lifting weights is terrific.
What you need to do now is eat three balanced meals a day. That includes: carbohydrates, protein, and fat.
You will feel better and the weight will come off. Don't think it's a mental disorder though.

Given your age and sex, it may just be hormonal fluctuations. Increased hormones in females can cause headaches and fatigue. TMD is another possibility. Temporomandibular disorder is a soreness or locking of the jaw due to many factors, including a bad bite, stress, or trauma to the jaw. This can cause headaches as well. Either way, go see a doctor and they'll do a blood test. It is always a good idea to see a physician if you feel something is not right.

I don't think you have a mental disorder.Do any of your teeth hurt at all?Reason I ask is because you said your jaw has been hurting a lot too. That would explain why your not nearly as hungry as you use to be.I say have your parent or guardian make you a doctors appointment.I could easily tell you to take Motrin or Tylenol for the jaw and headache but seeing a doctor would be better. They can help you and tell you what might be wrong. They can look at your jaw and find out why you are getting the headaches.Tell a doctor everything you told us and he/she will help you figure out what's really wrong.

This could be a mental disorder, although I doubt it. I would see a doctor and they can narrow things down to determine exactly what the problem is. It sounds as if you nourishment is very low, and the body can not perform well when you don't feed it right, therefore the fatigue. Do not try to crash diet, this does not work. This might be the problem. As I said, get to a doctor, they will put you on a good eating regiment as well as figure everything else out for you. Good Luck!!

Stress could be the cause of extreme fatigue, which obviously you are stressing over your weight.Usually frontal headaches are sinus related. They could be due to the air during the time of day you are walking. Also, your jaw could be possible signs of TMJ, where you bite down on your teeth while sleeping and could be the reason for haedaches. You need to try to consume 6 small meals daily to boost your energy and metabolism. Stay strong.

No. What I believe is that you are suffering from severe water retention problem and a hypertense lifestyle, which explains why you end up getting up at 5am and start walking around. Don't drink too much water two hours before you go to bed and see if this can help you slightly.

See your doctor, and tell your parents today. You shouldn't be tired and thirsty, you could be in the beginning stages of onset diabetes. This is nothing to hope will go away on it's own...tell your parents now. And, the way you are eating is starving your body. You need to eat good food, and at least 6 small meals per day in order to boost your metabolism. Your body is preserving everything it takes in due to the poor nutritional quality of the food you are eating.
