I don't know, but I'm in the mood for something unhealthy, and I'm going to make some tacos later today. I have to shred the lettuce, chop tomatoes, prepare some sharp cheddar cheese, and bring out the sour cream. Of course, I also need to thaw the ground chuck in the microwave and then cook it with onions and taco seasoning in my cast iron skillet. Heating taco shells in the oven will complete everything, except for heating some taco sauce. Then, I'll have to decide between red or white wine. I will have some home-made red velvet cake for dessert.

Mushroom stroganoff with brown rice, and a nice green side salad.

Well, that's what I'm having anyway. Then, I'm going to have chocolate mousse for dessert, and several large Southern Comforts because I finished my coursework and I'm celebrating!

Cajun chicken (breast not wings) with herbs and little spice.

With vegetables on the side..including broccoli (rich with iron).

Have a glass of water with few drops of natural lemon at the end of your meal (this reduces acidity in your stomach).
