Believe it or not, the food is more expensive at Yankee Stadium than at Shea Stadium. And unlike Shea Stadium, they will NOT allow you to bring anything into the stadium and will diligently check your bag for stuff such as bottles, coolers, food, etc and confiscate it.
I think they may have some combo meals, but they are expensive. However, the food tastes okay, They have good sausages, and also have chicken fingers as well, if you want to stay away from the hot dogs. I prefer the hot dogs and beer from the vending places, not the roving vendors.

I went up to the Mets game earlier in the week with a friend of mine and I couldn't believe the prices of things at Shea! We ended up getting the kids meals.. which came with a hot dog, bag of chips, little bag of Teddy Grahams, and a coke.. it was about the only deal in the stadium!

It's pretty expensive. Very easy to drop $100.
BTW - stay away from the hot dogs. They repeat on you for DAYS.

It's no different than any other Stadium; but you can get there by Subway for $2

eat before you go and bring something to drink with you ... everything is expensive
