I have a wood serving tray marked N.C.C. on bottom. Can anyone help identify?? Thank you !?

Tray is thin, long oblong shape. Almost 22" long and is 7 1/8" high at widest spot. I sell on ebay and can find nothing on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
