sum of all the digits is same i.e. 12 . ok I got two points n if you give me 10 points then it will also become 12 . any way thanks in advance .

1-They Are Both NUMBERS!
2-Numbers with 3 Digits
3-They are both divisable by 1
4-Both numbers add up to 12
5- 246/3=82......2+8=10
138/3=46......6+4=10

well if u add the digits u'll get the same sum
1+3+8= 12
2+4+6= 12

138 = 2 * 2 * 23
146 = 2 * 3 * 41
The factor 1 is the only common one... and... they both have a prime factor of greater then 20.
