I live in the U.S. and I speak English, but I am learning Spanish as a second language because my boyfriend is Mexican and his family speaks Spanish. He speaks both of course, but I am committed to him and I want to be able to communicate with all of his family (the ones that don't already know English). Also, it will be good for me to know Spanish because I live in Texas and there is a lot of Spanish speaking people here and it would be very nice to be able to communicate to everyone.

I'm trying to decide between German and Spanish. Spanish because I live in Arizona and would like to be able to communicate with everyone, and German because they speak it in a lot of places in Europe, and I'd like to be able to communicate with as many people as possible. I wish I knew how to speak 5 or 6 different languages. Maybe someday.

Hindi. It was not a matter of choice. We weren't given any choices in school, and even if we were given one I would have chosen Hindi coz thats my mother tongue. My 1st language(as taught in school) is English. I am from India.
